Description

This project was originally created in a classroom setting as the final project for an ASP.NET Core training unit. The first version was developed with ASP.NET Web Forms and .NET Framework 4.7.2.
In 2026, the codebase was thoroughly reviewed and migrated to ASP.NET Core MVC and .NET 10, preserving the original business domain while modernizing its architecture, security and user experience.
The current version uses Entity Framework Core with SQLite, ViewModels, asynchronous queries, client-side and server-side validation, antiforgery protection, fictional demonstration data, automated tests with xUnit and continuous integration through GitHub Actions.
The result is a portfolio-ready real estate management application featuring a dashboard, client and property management, buyer interest profiles, visit scheduling, search, filtering and pagination.
